DayCero is a weekly 30-minute Spanish enrichment experience where children learn through missions, movement, music, games, pretend play, hands-on discovery, problem solving, and real Spanish communication.

Founding Explorer Tuition
Monthly
$55 per month, primary Explorer
- $50 per month for each sibling
- $45 per month for an eligible participating-center employee's child
Three-month initial commitment. Billed automatically each month. After the initial three-month term, monthly enrollment continues month-to-month unless canceled under the cancellation policy.
Quarterly
$135 every 3 months, primary Explorer
- $130 every 3 months for each sibling
Billed every 3 months and automatically renews every 3 months unless canceled.
Discounts cannot be combined.

DayCero classes launch once minimum enrollment is reached. If the minimum enrollment required to begin the class is not reached, enrolled families will be notified and any tuition already paid will be refunded.
Class groups are kept small so every Explorer stays engaged. DayCero adds additional class groups at a center as enrollment grows.
7-Day Enrollment Assurance
Enroll with confidence. If your plans change, you may cancel within 7 days of enrollment and before your child's first paid DayCero class for a full refund. After that initial period, the three-month enrollment commitment applies.
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method used at enrollment. Once DayCero issues a refund, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Parent FAQ
- Does my child need to know Spanish already?
- No. No prior Spanish experience is required.
- How long is each class?
- 30 minutes weekly.
- What does my child receive?
- Explorer Passport, weekly Explorer Sticker, Parent Connection Card, and all class adventure materials.
- How many children are in each class?
- Class groups are kept small so every Explorer stays engaged, and a class launches once minimum enrollment is reached. DayCero adds additional class groups at a center as enrollment grows.
- What happens if my child misses class?
- Tuition reserves the child's place; individual absences do not receive refunds, credits, or makeup classes.
- What if DayCero has to cancel because of weather?
- DayCero will make a reasonable effort to provide a makeup class. If one cannot reasonably be provided, a credit will be issued toward a future DayCero billing period or program offering.
- How do I cancel?
- Visit Manage My Enrollment and verify your email to request a cancellation. Cancellation timing follows the 7-Day Enrollment Assurance, the three-month initial commitment, and the 7-day notice policy described below.
- Is tuition recurring?
- Yes. Monthly enrollment is billed each month with a three-month initial commitment and continues month-to-month afterward unless canceled. Quarterly enrollment is billed every 3 months and automatically renews every 3 months unless canceled.
